During my junior year, I led an introductory project known as Build Team, which is part of UCLA BMES’s technical projects. I taught concepts of coding, circuitry, CAD and PCB design, and soldering through weekly workshops. By the end of year, teams utilized these skills to construct their own pulse oximeters from scratch.

Build Team Website
Utilizing a website, I regularly updated the weekly workshops and module to teach and provide members with the knowledge and skills they needed to construct a pulse oximeter. An example slide can be found below. The website can be found with this link, as well as the corresponding GitHub Repository.
I managed over $1500 in funds to supply members with the necessary materials for building such as Arduino kits, PCB printing, op-amps, and LEDs.
